Of the 142 pupils who finished Year 11 at Southborough High School in 2023, 56% stayed on in Southborough High School’s own sixth form (Kingston upon Thames average 64%), 23% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.

Statistics is unusually popular at GCSE: 94% of the year group took it, against 5% of pupils across England.

Among the 65 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 38% went to university (Kingston upon Thames 37%, England 37%), and 24% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

A level grades average C-, well below the England average of B-. The largest A level subjects are Mathematics, History and Psychology.
