Of the 92 pupils who finished Year 11 at Cobham Free School in 2023, 36% stayed on in Cobham Free School’s own sixth form (Surrey average 29%), 15% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 30 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 53% went to university (Surrey 41%, England 37%), and 24% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Sixth form colleges are the main next step: 40% of leavers went to one, roughly three times the England rate of 13%.
Drama is unusually popular at GCSE: 25% of the year group took it, against 7% of pupils across England.
