What the data says
Of the 86 pupils who finished Year 11 at Holyport College in 2023, 64% stayed on in Holyport College’s own sixth form (Windsor and Maidenhead average 51%), 23% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 91 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 74% went to university (Windsor and Maidenhead 44%, England 37%), and 67% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Physical Education is unusually popular at GCSE: 56% of the year group took it, against 11% of pupils across England.
GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 54.4 against 46.1 across England and 47.3 in Windsor and Maidenhead, with 58% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
