Of the 234 pupils who finished Year 11 at Sydenham School in 2023, 75% stayed on in Sydenham School’s own sixth form (Lewisham average 43%), 12% went to a further education college and 2% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 150 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 65% went to university (Lewisham 60%, England 37%), and 21% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
