Of the 174 pupils who finished Year 11 at Paddington Academy in 2023, 77% stayed on in Paddington Academy’s own sixth form (Westminster average 64%), 4% went to a further education college and none started an apprenticeship.
Among the 158 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 63% went to university (Westminster 42%, England 37%), and 43% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 61.6 against 46.1 across England and 53.2 in Westminster, with 77% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
