Of the 182 pupils who finished Year 11 at Lincoln Christ's Hospital School in 2023, 32% stayed on in Lincoln Christ's Hospital School’s own sixth form (Lincolnshire average 40%), 45% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.

14% of leavers were not in sustained education, employment or training six months on, compared with 6% nationally.

Among the 114 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 46% went to university (Lincolnshire 39%, England 37%), and 20% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

GCSE results in 2025 were below the national picture: Attainment 8 of 38.3 against 46.1 across England and 45.1 in Lincolnshire, with 32% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
