What the data says

Dixons McMillan Academy has no sixth form. Of the 121 pupils who finished Year 11 there in 2023, 13% moved to a sixth form college, 27% to a further education college and 2% started an apprenticeship.

Spanish is unusually popular at GCSE: 78% of the year group took it, against 19% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were in line with the national picture: Attainment 8 of 47.3 against 46.1 across England and 40.8 in Bradford, with 51% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).

Almost every leaver found a sustained destination: only 2% were not in education, work or training six months on, against 6% nationally.
