What the data says

Sewell Park Academy has no sixth form. Of the 103 pupils who finished Year 11 there in 2023, none moved to a sixth form college, 55% to a further education college and 4% started an apprenticeship.

Art and Design is unusually popular at GCSE: 32% of the year group took it, against 7% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were below the national picture: Attainment 8 of 39.1 against 46.1 across England and 45.2 in Norfolk, with 29% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).

Languages are a small part of the curriculum here: entries in Spanish add up to 12% of the year group, and 17% of pupils entered the full EBacc set of subjects (England 41%).
