Of the 164 pupils who finished Year 11 at Bobby Moore Academy in 2023, 30% stayed on in Bobby Moore Academy’s own sixth form (Newham average 39%), 41% went to a further education college and none started an apprenticeship.

A level grades average D+, well below the England average of B-; 3% of students achieved AAB or better including two facilitating subjects (England 18%). The largest A level subjects are Mathematics, Economics and Chemistry.

Computer Science is unusually popular at GCSE: 32% of the year group took it, against 13% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were in line with the national picture: Attainment 8 of 45.6 against 46.1 across England and 51.2 in Newham, with 50% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
