Of the 84 pupils who finished Year 11 at Greyfriars Catholic School in 2023, 50% stayed on in Greyfriars Catholic School’s own sixth form (Oxfordshire average 45%), 32% went to a further education college and 2% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 74 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 54% went to university (Oxfordshire 28%, England 37%), and 9% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
A level grades average D-, well below the England average of B-; 3% of students achieved AAB or better including two facilitating subjects (England 18%). The largest A level subjects are Psychology, Sociology and Computer Science.
