Of the 166 pupils who finished Year 11 at Haggerston School in 2023, 56% stayed on in Haggerston School’s own sixth form (Hackney average 53%), 24% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 61 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 72% went to university (Hackney 53%, England 37%), and 22% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Spanish is unusually popular at GCSE: 75% of the year group took it, against 19% of pupils across England.
