Of the 277 pupils who finished Year 11 at Otley Prince Henry's Grammar School Specialist Language College in 2023, 63% stayed on in Otley Prince Henry's Grammar School Specialist Language College’s own sixth form (Leeds average 32%), 21% went to a further education college and 5% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 173 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 54% went to university (Leeds 35%, England 37%), and 35% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Art and Design is unusually popular at GCSE: 32% of the year group took it, against 7% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 54.6 against 46.1 across England and 45.5 in Leeds, with 62% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
